Many are referencing a "sophomore slump" for Andrew Luck is bond to occur. Others are blaming the loss of some veteran leaders such as Dwight Freeney and coach Bruce Arians. Alas, the remaining excuse is a difficult schedule that the Colts face compared to their 2012-2013 campaign.
The record at the end of the 2013 season could easily be 6-10 but it could also easily be 12-4; the Colts are that much of an unknown this year. I understand the media believes the Colts will only win 8 to 10 games this year. They will be happy with 8 to 10 wins, upset with only 6 and freaking out (with joy) if they win 12. Personally, the number of wins doesn't matter this year. We hopefully, you never know what will happen, but we hopefully have a long future with Andrew Luck and this year is about football improvements no matter the end results. Their schedule doesn't do them any favors but a young team, with good chemistry and an improved front line will lend to better football - and better football eventually will mean more wins. Live, love and play like there is no tomorrow - thanks for reading!
